Mars wine red/white

Mars Wine has been highly acclaimed both in Japan and abroad, winning the Gold Prize at the National Wine Competition (now the Japan Wine Competition) as the first "Koshu" grape variety and "European grape variety (red)" grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. This high quality wine uses the gravity flow method, which is less stressful on the grapes and grape juice.

Asaya Budoshu Red/White

The ingredients of the wine, each grape is made from high quality materials grown in the climate of Yamanashi, and based on the wisdom and techniques inherited from our predecessors, we produce wines that can only be made here in the rich climate and taste of Katsunuma.

Souryu Budoshu Red/White/Selectrose

Soryu Budoshu is one of the most traditional wineries in Koshu and Katsunuma, located at the head of the Kofu Basin, and has been maintaining the legitimacy of Koshu wines for over 100 years." The winery has won various awards, including a gold medal at the "Japan Wine Competition 2010" for its "Katsunuma Koshu Barrel Aged 2009" and a gold medal at the Japan Wine Competition 2011 the following year for its "Citrus St. Koshu 2010", the highest award in its category and a gold medal.

Yamato Budoshu Red/White/Sparkling

Yamato Budoshu brews unique Japanese wines using grapes from the Koshu grape, including the 130-year-old "Koryu," a designated cultural asset managed by Yamato Budoshu, which is said to be the oldest tree of the Koshu variety in Japan, and a branch from a similar designated cultural asset, the 100-year-old "Mitsumori Koshu" tree.
